Monolith
Their barbecues are of the Kamado type, a charcoal stove with a characteristic ovoid shape, made of clay or ceramic, so versatile that it can function as an oven, barbecue, grill, rotisserie, wok and smoker. This evolution was carried out in the USA from the ancient MUSHIKAMADOS of Japanese origin and have been used in Asia for more than 3,000 years.
